About The Event
In this workshop you will get evidence-based advice on how to keep your bones healthy and strong. The workshop consists of a one-hour talk on how to support your bone health through nutrition and supplements, and a one-hour bone supporting yoga class where you will learn a short sequence that you can use daily to help keep your bones in optimal condition.
You will learn:
What happens to your bones as they age
How bone health is measured
What are the top bone friendly foods to eat
Which supplements should you be taking to keep your bones metabolising healthily
